New (2008) luxury 48sq.m apartment situated on bend 1 of the 21 bends offering magnificent mountain views. Ideally situated for those who wish to take full advantage of winter and summer sports and then return to the quiet location of the old town of Alpe D'Huez.
There is a ski lift located across the road or if you prefer a few minutes walk to the main lifts in the town centre. A free bus ride can take you around the resort to all the beginners ski areas, the bus stopping within 50m of the apartment.
Parking space available.
Bedroom 1 – with double bed and shelved built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 – complete with bunkbeds, shelving and drawers
Bathroom – with bath/shower over, basin with storage space and heated towel rail.
Separate WC.
Kitchen – The kitchen area is complete with cooker, hob, microwave, kettle. refrigerator with ice making compartment, washing machine and dishwasher.
Utility – Washing machine located in bathroom. Iron and ironing board available
Living room – Large living area, again with great views, complete with dining table, TV, internet access and sofabed.
Ski locker suitable for 6 plus pairs of skis.
Large balcony accessed from the living area and bedroom one, with majestic mountain views of the 21 turns of the Tour de France down to the town of Bourg d'Oisans.
We would be grateful if you would refrain from smoking in the apartment. Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.
